What is Inner Alchemy coaching? Inner Alchemy Coaching is a gateway to inner explorations and personal transformations. If alchemy is about changing base metals into gold, Inner Alchemy is about transforming limiting beliefs and life challenges into opportunities for growth, expansion and self-awareness. It is about going inside oneself to find the raw materials with which to create peace of mind, health, happiness, love, abundance and well-being.
In my coaching practice, I create a compassionate and non-judgmental environment in which I support, encourage and acknowledge risk-taking that will take you beyond your own self-imposed limitations. I will assist you in developing skills and tools that will foster shifts in your life so that you may experience deeper insights and greater clarity about your process and your purpose.
