Most Inspirational Teacher

I got some very unexpected and EXTREMELY EXCITING news this week.

I have been chosen as one of four Most Inspirational Teachers for the Borders Live Classes.

WOW!!! This is so cool for so many reasons!  First, I had no idea that Stuart Skorman Productions was looking to give out awards.  I didn’t set out to win something because I didn’t know there was something to win.  This makes me feel extra good because just by being myself in front of my classes, I have received a wonderful recognition.

Second, these awards are based on the feedback given from the class participants.  My intention in teaching these classes is to provide something of value to the people attending.  If the feedback they are sharing is good enough for me to be chosen as an inspirational teacher, then I must be accomplishing what I set out to do.

Third, I have never won an award like this before.  I must admit that it feels great to be recognized and validated in this way.

Finally, the “prize” for this honor is going to be a half page ad in the Sacramento Bee.  Isn’t that amazing!!  I will get free advertising not only for my Borders classes, but also for my business.  The ad will include a photo of me, my credentials and my website and contact information.  I’ll be sure to keep you up to date on when that will be available if you are interested in seeing the ad.  If you live in town and go to Borders, be sure to pick up a schedule of classes as they’ve also featured all the winners on the first page of the May catalog.

To find out when I will be teaching again, see the calendar on this page or my services page.

For all of you who have supported me by attending these classes, I sincerely thank you.

I feel very honored and am truly grateful!
