In my work I focus on helping people to Consciously create the life that they desire. For one person that might mean making a 6 figure income. For another, it could be about having more time with family and friends. For still another, it might have to do with good health and fitness. Regardless of what the desired life looks like, the common element in them all is a need for Freedom and Independence.
It is a basic human need to want to feel free to live as our heart desires. For some, freedom might come in the form of financial independence. They might be motivated by the desire to be free from the worry and stress that plague them when they don’t feel able to provide adequately for themselves and their families.
Others don’t see the point of having a lot of money if it means having to spend all of their waking hours working. For them freedom may mean being able to spend one’s free time with the people they love the most.
But what good is having money or time if poor health doesn’t allow you to enjoy them? For others, the key to living a good life is mostly about being free from pain or health concerns.
The point is, we all long for freedom and independence in our lives in one form or another.
Today, as we celebrate Independence Day here in America, I am feeling grateful to live in a country where I can go after whatever form of freedom I desire. In my pursuit of happiness, I not only get to visual the life of my dreams, I am free to go out and create it.
Wishing you a beautiful Independence Day! In the spirit of this day, may you choose to exercise your right to Consciously Create the Life that You Desire and Deserve!

While I am not an expert on Feng Shui, there is at least one thing I believe to be true about the art. I believe that the placement of objects in our environment affects our energy. Our personal energy is constantly bumping up against the energy of the people and the things around us. Sometimes a harmonious communication is created when two or more energies meet, and sometimes that connection feels nothing like harmony.
Whichever the case may be, our surroundings play an important role in the quality of our energy. Since energy is also a key component in manifestation, it is not difficult to see that when our energy is weakened or compromised by our environment, so is our ability to create the results that we desire in our lives.
The solution: clear your space! Read the rest of this entry »

For well over a year now, I have been reaping the benefits of a daily meditation practice without dealing with the frustration of trying to empty my mind of all the incessant chatter that resides there. I wish I could say that I am evolved enough to be able to stay in an empty mind state for more than a half a second, but I’m afraid I would be lying if I made such a claim. It seems that I am incapable of stopping the noise for any length of time no matter how much time I spend on my meditation practice.
Although I have not given up trying to reach that state of grace, I am also grateful to have found a tool that helps me to achieve the effects of an advanced state of meditation without years of discipline and practice. Bill Harris and the Centerpointe Research Institute have come up with a sound technology that help you to “meditate like a Zen monk”. Read the rest of this entry »

One of the most powerful manifestation tools that I use is Intention. Each and every morning before I get out of bed I visual success for that day’s activities and state an intention to support me in creating that success.
An intention is simply a declaration in the present tense that states how it is that you are going to show up in the world. It will be begin with an expression like, “I choose..” or “I am willing…” or “I am committed to..” and makes a clear stance on the energy and perspective you are bringing into the situations that you are going into that day. Intentions help you to clarify and direct your focus for the experiences and tasks that lay before you. Read the rest of this entry »

My problem might be that I’m a Gemini. True to that affiliation, I tend to have more projects and activities going on simultaneously than I could possibly give my attention to. I have big projects, small projects, one time events, daily activities and things that I’m just curious about. My to-do list never shrinks. If I were to focus solely on the things currently written there without continuing to add on to the bottom, it would take me weeks or even months to complete every task.
Also true to my Gemini ways, focus is not a skill I possess. I can’t even begin to enumerate the myriad ways that my attention gets drawn away from the task at hand at any given moment. If it’s shiny, makes noise, has a catchy title or looks pretty and interesting, I can be instantaneously detoured from my work. Before I know it, I am touching, tasting, smelling, watching, reading or listening to something that has nothing at all to do with my current project. The world has a never-ending fascination for me and I must fight my natural state of curiosity and wonder in order to get anything done. Read the rest of this entry »
